The Frontline Heroes Office (FHO) was established by Presidential Decree in 2020 to put in place long-term solutions to care for and champion those working on the Frontlines of the UAE across the healthcare, prevention, and protection sectors.

Seven Media has been leading the communications for the FHO since its inception. Our integrated strategies, which cover PR, social media and video, aim to raise awareness about the Office’s mission, tell the stories of the frontline heroes, and showcase close to 40 initiatives, including the Higher Education Scholarship Program and Mental Health Support Line.

Our efforts to date have helped:

• Bring recognition to over 130,000 frontline workers registered in the database
• Reach an audience of over 2.5M via 2,000 positive media clippings
• See over 24M impressions and 500K+ engagements in less than a year on FHO’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)
• Create a series of creative videos, reaching audiences of up to 2.5M

As we move into a post-pandemic world, Seven Media continues to tell the stories of these brave heroes, shedding light on their selfless contributions to the nation.
